Feels Like Bloom

I have always wanted cute, candid and fun photos with my 5 year-old puppy Tamu - the love of my life. But I didn’t know where to start. Working with Sharana was a dream come true. She was patient, fun, accommodating and let us run wild and free! She captured the very essence of Tamu - in my now favorite photo of him ever!

I could not recommend her more genuinely and from the bottom of my heart. We celebrated Tamu’s 5th birthday in Cubbon Park with her - and she made the shoot feel like play for Tamu, quite literally turning a cold, rainy morning into our Sunny Side Up! 🙂

Sharana is not only extremely accomplished behind the camera, but she also puts a lot of emotion into her work, which is why I had the most beautiful experience having her photograph me and my daughter. Being a mother herself and an all around amazing woman, she possesses the unique ability to accept you for who you are and put you at ease. Her photographs were overflowing with passion and feeling, reflecting not only her talent but also the compassionate and motivating individual she is. I am immensely fond of her warmth, her eye, and the magic she works.

I wanted something special for my dog-obsessed one-year-old, and this set was perfect. The design, the colours, the packaging - every detail felt so personal and thoughtful. We’ve used the cards to thank friends, family, and even our vet! It’s become such a sweet little ritual.

What truly sets Sharana apart is her deep empathy and sharp understanding of her audience. She brings heart into every piece of work she does, ensuring the final output not only informs but connects meaningfully. At the same time, she is wildly creative and never afraid to break convention. She is always ready with a fresh, unexpected idea that adds magic to the mix. Whether we were brainstorming on product positioning or crafting narratives for brand communication, her contributions were always smart, bold, thoughtful and full of life. Beyond her talent, she is an incredibly positive, collaborative, and a supportive person to work with. Any team would be lucky to have her energy, insight, and creativity in the room.

As someone who loves stationary and is always looking for and collecting stationary, I’m so happy SSU exists! I love the quality of the paper and the fun designs. The playful fonts and vibrant colours are perfect for little humans! I’m ecstatic my daughter has personalised stationary, it’s only the first step towards becoming a boss girl one day!
